RUBBER WOOD

These are woods that we receive from India and this is exclusively used for making wooden boxes,pallets,crate boxes,grooved reapers etc.This type of box is supplied within India.

EXPORT RUBBER WOOD

These are rubber wood that we procure from Kerala, these woods are planned on all sides of wood to give a good finish without any wooden bur.After planning,these woods are made into boxes of different sizes and heat treated at ourseasoning plant.

IPSM 15 standard is followed during the heat treatment process.Dense grain of rubber wood is easily controlled by Heat Treatment Process.Little shrinkage of rubber wood make it more stable for export purpose.

IMPORTED PINE WOODS

In recent times,most of the companies go for pinewood instead of rubberwood or domestic wood due to its quality and reliability.Seasoning and heat-treated pine wood is one of the fast-moving products of our company.We also supply any type of imported woods based on customer requirements.All types of pallets, woodenboxes, crates etc.is made using this wood.These boxes are complusorily heat treated and ISPM 15 standard is followed.Here any size of box is manufactured using pinewood.

PLYWOOD BOXES

Plywood are manufactured using rubber wood from India and abroad.Plywood are available in different thickness depending on the client requirements.This thickness varies between 4mm to 50mm in a single plywood.Plywood could be combined together to get more thickness.Since plywood is already heat treated, there is no need of heat treatment and this is free from fungus.

GROOVED REAPERS

To hold different size items inside the box or outside,we manufacture grooved reapers.This will help the customer to transport the material without affecting the quality or material itself.These reapers are manufactured from different types of wood and this include rubber wood,jungle wood,pine wood etc.

WOODEN PLANKS AND BLOCKS

Our company is equipped with saw mill facility,this helps us to provide different types of wooden planks and blocks to our customer based on the requirement.We import pine wood from New Zealand and Australia to manufacture wooden planks. We also supply Indian wood for packing and industrial use.

IMPORTED WOODEN LOGS

We supply wooden logs to saw mills, these logs are imported from European,African and Australian continents.These wooden logs are available in different lengths and diameters.Based on saw mill requirements we provide logs that is used for industry,housing,commercial etc.

CORRUGATED BOXES

We supply all types of corrugated boxes.Some of these boxes could be made partially by wood and partially by corrugated boxes based on customer requirements.Papers of different GSM is used to manufacture corrugated boxes.GSM of box helps to evaluate the strength of the boxes.These boxes are available of different sizes and shapes.

FOAM AND XLPE

Foam sheet and XLPE sheet are used during the packing of materials inside the box.These materials are manufactured by our partner companies and we supply meet our customer needs. We are used this as additional support of boxes during the manufacturing process.

HESSIAN CLOTH

Hessian cloth is used inside the box during the ocean transport.This cloth will help to avoid rust formation or entry of moisture inside the material.There are different types of color and quality available based on the requirement.All export boxes will have this hessian cloth for additional protection to the material.

PAPER WOOL

To provide stability of material inside the box,paper wool is used.This paper wool is available in different forms and shapes.Paper wool also helps to avoid scratches on the material during the transportation.

SAW DUST

During the manufacturing process, we would generate saw dust and this is used for various applications.Some of them are in the agricultural,housing,industrial etc. This is an effective recycle method of the wood.
